How to gain access:

To obtain disability-related accommodations and services through DRES, apply online via the Application For DRES Services and then submit appropriate documentation through mail or fax (or) download and complete the printable Application for Services (rtf), then mail or fax the completed form and appropriate documentation to DRES.
