Anything else I need to know?

By utilizing SLB and/or GSLB server admins may be able to achieve HA or possibly DR requirements.  For example, a service with multiple servers can be upgraded one server at a time with no impact to end users.  SLB provides capability for services to scale across multiple servers while providing a single hostname for end user connectivity.
