We provide centralized customer support, order processing, trend analysis, outage coordination, and general assistance for technology services free of charge in order to offer a single point of contact for the IT needs of campus faculty, staff, and students. Our customers receive timely, accurate, and friendly support for their needs so that they can have their IT-related problems resolved as quickly as possible.
