Description

This service offers the expertise of Technology Services usability staff to conduct custom usability assessment to campus departments and groups. A variety of methods are available depending on the needs of the client.

Cost

The rate for anyone outside of Technology Services to use this service is $60/hr per Tech Services employee on the project. This means if two Tech Services employees are need to run an evaluation total cost would be $120/hr

Usability is increasingly important as technology becomes more pervasive and more complex. Technology Services incorporates usability into our project workflow as a powerful method to increase the quality and improve user experience for our services. Other departments requested assistance with their project workflows to similarly improve quality and the user experience.
